So...I just watched rise of skywalker. UGH KILL ME, but yea i think it could have ended better. Heres my ending that I feel the audience would like to see.

OK SO- I am kinda done with this, I started it when I was VERY new to writing stuff like this, so it's really not my best work at all, but I appreciate all the support so much! I am writing this because I cannot STAND the ending of the Rise of Skywalker even though it needed to end that way and it was really well done. If I didn't ship Reylo, I would've loved the ending. Whelp, this is a fanfiction of how I would've liked it to end. I'm going to make it as similar to the movie as I can while adding my own touches (and a Ben Solo) to it. If Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader) Survived In ROTJ
This story is based on the YouTube video by The Stupendous Wave, detailing what might've happened if Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader had survived the second Death Star (I also added a few extra scenes). The storyline belongs to The Stupendous Wave (except the extra scenes I added), and some of the wording from the original video is also repeated in this "what-if" story. However, I will admit that along the way, much of this short story was morphed into basically Anakin cuddling his children (which was something that I personally wanted to see happen). I know this strays from the original plot line, and I'm sincerely sorry, but I simply couldn't fight the urge to add these extra, "fluffier" scenes. (Again, I'm sorry if you'd rather have read a version that stuck solely to the original Youtube video.) All characters are the property of Disney and Lucasfilm, no copyright infringement intended. -Yes, I know I'm just a beginner at writing, but I really wanted to write this to give Anakin a happier ending, so hopefully The Stupendous Wave doesn't mind me doing this. This is my personal take on Vader's story. When Master Qui-Gon first encountered the twins he could tell they were made for more than just the slave life. Ever since the mysterious birth of the twins they had been inseparable, read and figure out how the twins learn to get through their Jedi training without each other in there lives. The two must face the temptations of the dark side, but the hardest battle for them will be they're hearts. This story will contain heavy spoilers for Rebels season 4, so I'd advise you to watch it before reading this story. This is me creating my dream rebels ending in a story. I came up with my dream ending near the end of season 2, but had no idea season 4 would be the final one. it will only be short, but will cover a lot as it goes along. So the basic plot of it, is this: The whole crew survive the events of the show, and have a long discussion on what their future will hold. They decide to stick together untill the war is over, so they can help the galaxy as much as they can, then live out normal lives in peace after the war ends in a victory, and after returning to yavin they confront Mon mothma for her reckless actions towards the crew. (This story just covers my dream end, it doesn't cover beyond that, I'll cover that part in another story where I explain where they would be during the movies, and where they would live out their peaceful lives.
