Vermilion Bird of the South, Suzaku
White Tiger of the West, Byakko
And The Black Tortoise of North, Genbu
The 4 guardians protected the heavens stone, Sacred Jade tranquility from the Yokai. However during a war to claim the stone, the Jade mysteriously disappeared.
