Ok so, this story takes place in late 90s sardinia, at an orphanage run by a cruel old woman, named Tyann. Tyann has a "daughter" Named Octavia and a son named Octavian, they're twins. They're about 9 years old, Tyann treats Octavian better than any of the other kids and treats Octavia worse than the orphans, who she treats like shit. The story is basically about Octavia trying to socially transition and learn their own way into the world
