She doesn't give a damn. A flirtatious force to be reckoned with, who can cut a man down in an instant with comebacks that make them come back for more. A stone cold bitch in the eyes of many & a sarcastic, shady vixen in others. She is a little mystery all rolled into one or so it seems...
However, her ways came to hunt her down & bite her in the arse when the universe decided to have far better plans. Shaking the unshakeable in the aftermath that followed one unfortunately, fortunate night she met this guy...
Three years on, she is at war with her demons while being haunted by a ghost who doesn't know how to leave, which finds her questioning both her current & previous sanity along with the validity of her past & present feelings. Join her on her quest of soul searching as you both figure out what her life was & what it is now, with & without that guy.
Who is she? Who does she think she is? Just you wait & see, but the question is; are you capable & up to the task to see her for who she truly is?
Actions can speak louder than words but may fall short. Words sometimes carry more strength, however; can be cheap &/or wasted depending on the speaker &/or the recipient & their mindset/intent. In rare events, both words & actions mirror one another... Appearances are often deceiving & everybody has their own opinion: After all; everyone's a critic, but more importantly; "there's always more than one side to every story..." you just have to be capable of listening to them all... Guns, revenge and buildings to bomb, what could go wrong? ✮ He came in, gun held out in front of him in one hand while the other was resting on his hip where a sharp dagger gleamed in the light. Then the footsteps ceased. She peeked to the right, then to the left. Neither direction showed any sign of the intruder. She looked up in front of her and gasped, the glint of steel and smell of death as overwhelming as it was adrenaline inducing, exciting. "Boo." ✮ Murder, accidents, assassinations. Call it what you will, it's all the same, all has the same life breaking, mind shattering consequences - be it for the victim or the bystander. It had shaped Alex in a way no one should be. Broken down and rebuilt into the perfect soldier, one who had the power to change the world, to fight battles that would either make or break the carefully constructed vision we all live in. The only small, minute, really unimportant detail - it's pretty hard to get into a government classified site when you're 15 years old and have a rag-tag team of double-crossing back-stabbers behind you. Not to mention the threat of a world war and ghost hanging above your head. Armed with sarcasm, wit, and a hell of a lot of aggressive intentions, it won't be too long till a sticky situation is all that's ahead of you. Sometimes, running head-first into a situation isn't the best idea. Instead, you gotta play a game. A deadly game where either you have all the pieces on the board, or you have nothing. COMPLETED✅ Two high school teenagers finding themselves, analyzing this ever changing world, and building love. Have you ever met someone who alters the course of your life? For good or for bad, they've come in, given and taken, and then- BOOM! Your life was never the same. I think that's why we're still trying so desperately to get back to some sort of normalcy. Four years later and we're still on the ground, crawling, in search of the happiness that was lost that June. Summers will never be the same. Midnight walks through my neighborhood will never be the same. Field parties with bonfires and loud music will never be the same. I still don't know why you left and what lead you to the decision you made. What I do know is that we're here. We're alive and we're pushing forward to the future. A future that you're not a part of.
