Si Cassandra o sa kanyang palayaw na CJ ay isang reporter na naghahanap ng Scoop para sa kanyang istorya para umangat sa kanyang career at matulungan ang kanyang ama na si Manong Jericho na may malubhang sakit. Dahil sa pangangailangan ay napadpad si Cassandra sa Ilocos upang makapaghanap ng istorya makakatulong sakanya. Sa Ilocos ay nakatira si Lenard na nagtatago sa pangalang Leo. Isa siyang artista na biglaang naglaho di kalaunan dahil sa matindihang sikreto na hindi dapat ipaalam sa sangkatauhan. Sa pangyayaring ito ay kailangan pagisipan ni Cassandra kung isasa alang-alang ba nya ang kanyang pangarap at ang makatulong sa kanyang ama o mababago ito dahil sa isang magandang kwento na hindi maaaring ipamahagi sa lahat ng tao.

The Chronicles of Rune
After I had a dream where I met a new character, Rune Yung Tan, my writing for the work Redemption for Superheroes started to lean towards the story about Rune, and that isn't what I am working for in that other piece. In that case, I only want the story parts to be metaphorical, and not an actual character- driven narrative. So I took some of the parts that related to a stand alone narrative and repurposed them. I didn't say recycled, even though the first sections are very similar, I reworked the grammar to a more classic sense, changed first person to a character named Dean, added a little more character background and description, and added content. This is going to be a more strait forward story, which I consider to be more of a stand alone than a spin off. Also it feeds my perfectionism to rewrite passages and put them in multiple works. Finally, this isn't the first time I "met" a character in a dream, I found out that Valentine's real name is Valeria Maria Contessa Garcia, she chose the former moniker herself in a similar epiphany to the one Rune came to me in.
