Poems from the heart that encase the emotions of an anxious, panic ridden fifteen year old girl who doesn't really have any experience with real love or heartbreak, but thinks she does. What I've learned from my "experiences" is that we get from a situation what we give to a situation. Even though, yeah, it's fucking hard sometimes to try and get over something or someone, we have to get over it at some point, or else what would be the point of waking in the morning and sleep in the night? There would be no point in anything. So try and beat what you thought was impossible to beat, fight what you thought was impossible to fight, and conquer the sickness you feel inside.Concluida

4. Memories and Feelings That Still Haunt Me
I've cried too hard for too long as I debated death. Over and over, all I wanted was a quick overdose, a quick way to escape the pain. Until the guilt set it and made me realise, suicide feels too selfish. Instead I turned my sadness into art and my pain into strength. Desperately wanting to carve up my skin, I bled on a page. My screams are silent, hidden behind closed doors, And computer screens. All these horrible emotions kept secret in notebooks. I'm always searching for something worth staying for but I can't seem to find that until then please don't mind me because I'm just a traveler passing through. Hurt Beyond Repair.
Hurt and frightened and no where to turn except for my journal. Curse words being streamed at me and you would have thought I had a father for a sailor. ~E.M.C Many poems focusing on the subject of Mental Illness, that many suffer with and the subject just isn't brought up enough. Poems focusing on a day in the shoes of a person with a mental illness and how some even ordinary simple tasks may seem not so simple to them.
