Cause of Death: Car accident from madly running across a busy highway with a bucket of snot and tears for company.

Leila Cato had never thought it possible to die from such demeaning tragedy. She'd also never thought of waking up in a completely different body after dying, and finding herself tangled by unseen forces with a mob boss whose existence should only ever be written in the pages of a book she had vehemently cursed out of spite for the main character. AKA the mob boss. AKA Uziel Axton evil incarnate.

The highway tragedy? Slightly forgivable.
The body swap? Already pushing it.
Being tied to a sadistic, unnervingly attractive mob boss with stalkerish tendencies?

Earth might as well be flat.

Now, she's Rui Hughes. A new identity, a new life, and a mountain of new problems. All while navigating the obsessive grip of a gangster who seems hellbent on rewriting her fate-and his-with her as the main character in his story.

"Rui. I've already rejected all of them."

"I see." Male protagonist, I don't really care. I will never trust a man like you!

"Look, no woman dares to come near me now." he looked so proud, even smiling to himself. "So then... I'll get you now, okay?"

"...?"

Helplessly, I become entangled in his soft spoken greeting, taking the first leap to the captivating boy in the corner. I decided he was beautiful enough to become my distraction. "I wouldn't mind watching you. Maybe we could tan together this summer." He suggested. "Without having tan lines." I could feel the smirk playing on his lips. I lightly slapped his chest. "Don't ruin my mood with your cockiness." "I think I made it a lot better." "Well, keep going and you'll have to deal with your boner yourself." I teased. "Why does it always come back to my boner?" He asked with a smile playing on his lips. "Because it's just so huge." I said absentmindedly. "Is it now?" He raised a brow at me. I stripped myself away from him and pouted as I folded my arms across my chest. "That's not what I was supposed to say." "Hmm," He nodded. "What were you supposed to say then?" "That it's just as annoying as you." I laughed. SUMMARY: After the death of her father, Blake moves in with her estranged mother and twin sister. Coping with her father's death was one thing and being involved in dirty work is another. Add a bad boy to fall for on her plate and things can't be more messed up. She tries to start a new life but ghosts from her past just aren't ready to leave her. Question is, can she make it through and have a happy ending or not? Give it a few chapters, nobody gets the hang of writing their first book immediately. It gets better story wise and writing wise, I promise. HIGHEST RANKING #1
