Blaise Vesuvius was everything that society despised. Isolated since an early age, she was used to betrayal, she was used to being alone. After two cops-in-training, try to assassinate her directly linked to her abilities, which she knew not up until that point, she disappears for six months. The six month hiatus is halted when the body of Drew Cooper was found by Agent Nero Loch. The murder, at first glance, looks like an open and shut case, the killer douses their victims in gasoline before igniting them, however as Nero looks deeper into the case, he discovers more than he bargains for. What happens when Nero pursues the theory that Blaise Vesuvius survived the attempt on her life? What becomes of his affection towards her? Will the world survive the two harbingers of the apocalypse? Or will the members who schemed the ploy demolish Nero before he can unravel the mystery?

Really your typical mad scientist serial killer get down, Wears all black, doesn't talk much, is blunt, lives on the abandoned side of town that nobody visits due to the rumors that surfaced when 4 teens went exploring the ghost town for a little early halloween scare and never made it back home. The next day people began finding their body parts scattered around town. Everyones knows it was him but nobody is brave enough to confront him for his sick twisted actions. What happens when the murderous scientist gains another student, innocent little Noelani. Will he spare her or will she fall victim to his twisted version of science?
