The following is an account written by a poet named Edith Kenly. On the night of December 12th, 1903, Kenly describes how two "angels" fought outside her cabin in the Appalachian Mountains. This is the only record of such an event in this area.

Led by the Archangel Michael, Conscience aims to keep humanity safe while systematically taking down every demon that dares to fight them. And yet, Michael finds himself wondering if eliminating these demons for good is really the only way to save mankind. Weren't they once friends? And if they were, wouldn't it be better to save them?
