After the nuclear explosion from WWII a five year old boy from Maricos island USA is given lizard like abilities through the process of nuclear fusion. The bomb also caused the island to become unstable causing it to become fully submerged under the ocean 21 days after the explosion. Now the kid must adapt to the new abilities his body now has to offer such as the ability to shed skin so as to avoid skin infections, poisons, and diseases.
