Brooklyn is a 15 year old foster child in one of the best foster systems but in the worst house. She is the only child that has not been adopted yet and is being severely punished for it. Brooke's life is taking a turn in her until she meets the twins Devon and Skarlet who live next to her foster house. Devon suggests she runs away from the house and live with him and his family for a while but when she does she worries that it will come back to Devon.
