Dark Passions
I have a stalker. I know everyone eventually has one and some are solved over time or through restraining orders. But let's take a moment and imagine this scenario; restraining orders, or anything in that nature, wouldn't solve the problem. There was nothing you can do to be free. This stalker can bounce up and over law boundaries, manipulates others, and the deceiving appearance makes others call you a liar. Even without those, this man is beyond what I now call normal. He's cruel and vindictive, and he puts criminals away for a living. He isn't the average stalker; he's smart. And when I say smart, well, that's something you'll have to see for yourself. I walked right into this dark rift, and for the longest time there was no way out. Until I discovered his one flaw. And that may just happen to be his downfall.Complete

Did she dig too deep into the wrong persons story? Tanner, a handsome and mature yet shy student studying law. He wants to go into the police force as a detective, possibly a private detective. He's only taking a few law classes for fun before he goes to the police academy. What will happen when they try to solve a mystery together? Will they help or hurt each other? Or along the way, will they somehow fall in love without trying to? ~ I say, "I'm sorry..." as my breathing is uneasy. "Don't be," he bends down to help pick up the mixture of books and papers and coffee I just spilt everywhere. "Are you okay? You seem disturbed." He lays his hand on mine and 8 can't help but look up, "Umm, to be honest, no, but that's not any of your business. Sorry again." I break the eye contact. "It can be if someone is trying to hurt you." He stops me again. "H- How did you..." I stop and am now looking him dead in the eye. "This is gonna sound creepy, but I've been watching you." He looks panicked, "Not in a creepy way though!" "What?" I keep eye contact. "I've just been observing you. That sounds awful." He looks and sounds even more panicked than before, "I mean, I think you're beautiful and I just didn't know how to approach you. I tend to be socially awkward with girls I have an interest in and I didn't want to scare you off..." He trails off, "But when I see you around, my gaze gravitates towards you," he sighs, "I sound like a total creep. I'm sorry." He pauses, "I've noticed you've been looking over your shoulder a lot and are in a rush in the halls. Almost like you're running away from something..." His eyes meet mine and I can tell he's being genuine, "I can help you." he says sympathetically. I nod and whisper, "He's always knows where I am and always knows my next move."Complete
