Meant to be - a Descendants story (Bal)
Once upon a time, in a kingdom known as Auradon, lived a young prince. He was one of the most kind and caring princes the kingdom ever had. He cared about everyone, even the ones no one thought were actually worth caring for. One day, the month before his coronation, he made his first proclamation. He wanted to give the children of the villains his father had abandoned to the isle of the lost, an equal chance in Auradon. And so he invited four villain kids to Auradon Prep. Mal, daughter of Maleficent; Jay, son of Jafar; Carlos, son of Cruella de Vil; and Evie, daughter of the Evil Queen. Most people thought they would be just like their parents; evil, vicious and cruel. But Ben was convinced that even those who were raised to be villains had a good heart. And he wasn't wrong about that. It came with some struggles, but they found their place in Auradon too. After his coronation he decided that more kids had to come over, as the first four proved that they could live just like other Auradoniens in the kingdom, amongst the other citizens. He didn't really know them well personally, but only heard good stories about them and that was proof enough for him. It sounds like this was a happily ever after, but our story is only beginning now... *I do not own any of these characters*

You chose Evie, Jay, Carlos, and last but not least, your step sister, Mal. You were the only one who knew like your heritage. But when the core four arrived you told them everything. Soon enough you fall in love with Carlos, by bonding over your dog, Dude. Then nature takes its course and lets just see where that's leads us.

She is close friends with the group, but she still has thoughts that run through her head. She feels misplaced, as though she shouldn't be there. Everyone is so good and she tries to be too, but with Belle and the Beast and her brother - who is the king - breathing down her neck, she feels so pressured. She wants to be good but she wants to also be herself. Soon she finds out the secret of what happened when Mal first met Ben and what she did. Anger consumes her and she wants to make Mal regret what she did to her brother. Revenge is her end goal. A/N: If you have not read The Lost Descendant, I recommend you read that first. If you have not watched Descendants 3, this book contains spoilers.

Mal would risk her life for her sister if her life depended on it. Same goes for Malia towards Mal. Then, Malia and Mal, as well as their friends Evie (daughter of Evil Queen), Hallie (daughter of Captain Hook), Carlos (son of Cruella De Ville), and Jay (son of Jafar) get a chance by Prince Ben to live in Auradon, which Malia isn't happy about when she gets the news. When they arrive in Auradon, all Malia wants to do is get the Fairy Godmother's magic wand and bring it to her mother. But there's one thing that has Malia struggling a little....her feelings for Jafar's son, Jay. What Malia doesn't realize is just because when evil runs in your blood, that doesn't mean you're not good at heart. *Based on Disney Descendants Movie*

When Fairy Godmother's Wand disappears and evidence of it being stolen by Carlos surfaces, Everyone (except for Audrey ironically enough) in Auradon blames and turn against Carlos and everyone votes to send Carlos back to the isle, including his own friends. Carlos is devastated in the isle knowing he DIDN'T steal the wand but his own friends never looked deeper into it and went by the fake "proof" they received by Chad and Mal has to make the painful Decision to send him back to the isle. Carlos is labeled a villain and monster from the people of Auradon, and a backstabber from the VKS and the Villains still on the isle. Carlos finally snapped after years of being tormented by Mal and Jay, pushed around by his mother, and now sent away and having his whole life being ripped from him for something he didn't do because Ben and Mal were incompetent when handling the situation, and follows the path both Audrey and Cassandra went down, and quite literally the same path Cass did because he breaks out of the isle and TAKES the Moonstone before Mal can put it safely in The Isle Can Mal, Evie, Jay, Ben and Fairy Godmother realize their horrible mistake in time and can Cassandra and Audrey try to talk him out of the path he's going knowing they been down that road before, or is Carlos and Auradon a lost cause.

A surprising future//Bal
-Takes place after D2 but happens during/after D3 -I take no ownership of any of the Descendants characters. --- Uma hadn't resurfaced, Hades tried to escape the isle and now someone had stolen Maleficent's sceptre and The Evil Queen's crown. To take the pressure off, Mal and Ben decided to have some fun at the enchanted lake. 6 days later, Mal begins to feel sick and she knows why. Mal has barely been engaged to Ben for 3 days, and she's already carrying Auradon's future prince or princess.
