Every "Villain" has a reason

Hitoshi Shinsou is like any normal kid. He wants to be a hero. But sadly his parents won't allow it. Hajime and Mihoko Shinsou are two of the most deadliest villains in Japan. They work for the League of Villains and are having their kid work for them in the process. When Hitoshi gets caught trying to kill a guy, will the heroes hear his side of the story and help him, or see him as a lost cause and leave him to defend himself.
