i hope you never find this.  the depths of my heart have been revealed within this very book, documenting many a night spent agonizing over you.  we've come so far since that early morning flight, and what a journey it's been.  maybe someday i'll look back on this, transported to my more innocent, naive state of mind and relive the brighter moments of my youth.  you were a beacon through it all, and i hope, for my sake, you continue to be.
