Taehyung is a patient at Jeon Hospital who has a disease known as Cystic Fibrosis.
Jin is someone who works at a restaurant and goes to the hospital to see his friend, Hoseok and see other people until his eye caught a certain someone. But all he knew was his name, it was Kim Taehyung, but he didn't know the condition of his lungs.
But once they meet each other, they realized that no matter what happens, they'll always have each other.
