"Do you think I'm stupid?"

"I think you're wasted potential."
............
Group project.
Every teenager's worst nightmare. Unless you are the slacker who mooches off of other people's work the words group project cause dread to crawl up your spine. If it is teacher-assigned groups that makes it ten times worse. Unfortunately for Meira that is exactly what happens. With no friends to latch onto, she simply prays that her group is by some miracle not completely horrible.

Life laughs in her face.

In enters Oliver Hunt, notorious asshole, slacker, and mooch. The perfect combination. With nothing left to lose Meira tries to ignore his assholishness but Oliver quickly takes to her fiery temper and begins to unravel her mysteries. Between the two of them, they could either burn down the world or simply burn themselves.
............
Warning the first two chapters are completely true. They are my story. This is what happened to me. After that point, it is completely fictional, other than occasional flashbacks, but this book is highly triggering.

Included:
Sexual harassment in various ways
Self-harm
Suicidal thoughts
Very mild eating disorder
Panic attacks
Social anxiety
Manipulative relationships

Nothing is described in too much detail if it is there will be a warning but this is pretty much the only warning you will get. Be kind. Writing this took a lot of courage for me as this is pretty much everything I have never said and yet everything I imagine on a daily basis.
