Izuku Midoriya was so tired of everything. All he wanted to do was be a hero. When everyone, including his favorite hero All Might, tells him he can't be a hero, he decides it's not worth it anymore and takes a leap. When he gets the chance to make the people who cut him down regret it, he takes it.

Izuku Midoriya was the average kid who stood out because he was born quirkless in a quirk-based world. Growing up bullied by his childhood best friend, he grew to have depression and anxiety. The day he decided to jump, he didn't know that one action would change the course of his life. Being part of the LOV, he was trained to be the perfect weapon, the quirks he was given, were perfect for stealth and hard missions. He was happy and content with the life he was living, not caring that no matter where he went, blood was spilt. Kacchan was a prodigy. Powerful and learned quick. Angry and feared but when his old friend goes missing, he blamed himself. He cut off most of his friends to focus on being the top hero to make up for what he did. When he finally runs into him after two years, he is shocked to see what has happened to the supposedly dead boy. Eyes filled with death and coldness. Scars covering his body and now suddenly has quirks? He realized quickly that they may be right next to each other but they lived worlds apart. . . . TW!! This book does include suicidal thoughts, cutting, depression, gore, and suicide. I would not recommend if that stuff bothers you. If you do struggle with this stuff. Please get help as you are loved even if the voices tell you otherwise.

He didn't know what to do. His mother dead and his source of stability gone, he looses his will to anything but keep fighting. Most people would turn to villainy after this, always searching with vengeance and an anger that could never be tamed. But Izuku isn't most people. He couldn't bring himself to hurt people so he decided he'd be a hero, just not by title. His heart has always longed to save those in need, after all. Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering. I will put a warning beside each chapter title that includes detailed descriptions of triggering topics. The characters do not belong to me, only the plot. Characters belong to the anime Boku No Hero Acadamia and it's creator. I did the drawing up at the top, it's not the full image though.
