Los Santos has a killer on the loose. A professional hitman who's identity remains unknown. They're simply known as the Raven Killer. Once they've killed their victims, they leave feathers of a raven behind.
Steve has requested Michael, Trevor and Franklin to try find the Raven Killer. But once they do find them. They just added another member to their crew.
Who's the Raven Killer? Why do they kill? Only the trio will know, but will they keep those secrets a secret?
