That was until the summer of 1985 when she thought she was just having fun at her summer job scooping ice cream with a couple new friends of hers before discovering that Russian scientists are trying to reopen a door to another dimension called "The Upside Down". Not to mention finding out about a girl with super powers. Now it's the start of spring break of 1986 and Jeanette stuck by the friends she made during the horrors of Starcourt Mall. People are still mentally recovering from the losses, while others are mentally fighting. The group being the only people who knows the truth of what happened, are doing their best to move on and have normal lives.
