Izuku and all of class 1-A and some other teachers are turned into the opposite gender by a 1st year and they have to learn how to live in that gender. How will they deal with what the opposite gender deals with?

UA, and it's Teachers bashing and Bakugou getting what he deserved
Basically the title, but here is a more detailed description: One-Shots that I thought of randomly where Class 1-A, Class 1-B, UA faculty, Shinso, Aizawa, Tsukauchi or any Pro Heroes find out what Izuku's life was before UA and everything that he had to go through due to Bakugou. Or UA getting confronted about everything they've done wrong or just dismissed. Plus Bakugou paying for his actions and Izuku finally venting out his feelings. Please give it a try, I'm bad at summaries like these since each One-Shot will be different (or at least for the most part). If you need more info look at the tags and you will roughly get an idea of what I'm writing about. As a gender-fluid hero-in-training, they are about to face even more hurdles when they have to live with their childhood friend and current bully Katsuki Bakugou in the U.A dorms from the get-go. This is Izuku's journey of self-angst to self-acceptance, all with its own drama to be unfolded. . . . . Izuku is Gender-fluid! They have an innate emotion and intelligence quirk that was curbed by their father after a serious mishap as a child. Nedzu had decided to bring back the annual Heroes vs Villain fight. The fight shall last 5 days and the villain leader is Izuku Midoriya, with the commanding officer of the hero team being Katsuki Bakugo. But, what happens when Izuku is left alone? Izuku has decided enough is enough. Heroes don't always win! Heroes will fail at one point!
