this is a rewrite of my old story: 'Karma's a Bitch'
after a horrendous freshman year, and an even worse sophomore year, Redwood High student Sabrina Scott runs away from her home town to try and start a new life in the big city. it doesn't exactly go as planned.
after 2 years away she has to return home to deal with some....... business.
the kids at her old school remember her as the goody little nerd who never broke the rules, so when she returns as a badass biker girl, the community is a little shocked.
see what happens when she returns with a new best friend, and a new bad attitude.

Coop, or "Slick" as he's know to his mc brothers is macho and rough, smart and loyal, Coop can't understand why the new girl who is suddenly friends with all of his friends, annoys him so much. He tried not to be rude to her, well, he didn't try that hard, and he certainly didn't succeed. But he did get her a restraining order from an abusive ex, so why does she bother him so much? It's annoying as hell that she's got the whole beautiful, smart and funny thing going on, she just needs to stay out of his way. Hazel, has moved back to the town she grew up in, she's next door neighbors with her best friend Lola, and she's met a new group of friends that make her world sweet and fun. Yoga, her job, her new friends and most importantly, her new baby that is the light of her life. Despite the absentee baby daddy, she's going to fill her son's world with all the love, time, attention and security that she missed out on as a young child. Their world is bright and happy, shiny and safe (as far as she's aware) and she will do everything in her power to keep it that way. Her move back to Ventura is the best thing (next to her baby) that's happened to her, ever, so she is not going to let the grumpy, jerk of a club lawyer/club brother get in the way of her own happily ever after. Beautiful, quirky, shy and kind, Kirkland Sophia Turner has worked hard for all of her 21 years, first trying to survive the foster care system in Washington state, then finding a way to get and pay for her education and finally pursuing her nursing degree.
