When a misunderstood encounter causes Ming and Kit to get entered into a couples contest, they end up winning before they can put a stop to all the false rumors. They agree to play along and pretend to be a couple for the free prize. But what happens when fake feelings start to become real? *This will be a slow burn romance* [Author's Note]: There will be some overlap from this story and Bet On Love as some of the repeated chapters from Bet On Love will be told from Ming's or Kit's perspective instead of Yo's. You can still read the books in any order that you want or you can just read them in the order that I wrote them. Book 1 - Bet On Love (PhanaWayo) [completed] Book 2 - Just By Chance (ForthBeam) [completed] Book 3 - Playing For Keeps (MingKit) [completed] Official story start date: July 2, 2020 Official story completion date: October 29, 2020 ⚠️ATTENTION⚠️ This story is completely unedited. I would like to give credit to the original author Chiffon_Cake for making such amazing and memorable characters. This is my own re-imagining of the Ming and Kit storyline. I first got the idea back when season 1 was airing so therefore I wrote this story with the original cast members in mind. I hope you enjoy! ***Please do not post this story anywhere without my permission. It is copywritten***

Ming and Yo were the best of friends - they always had been. Then P'Kit came into his life and suddenly there was a new focus; possibility. Ming had resigned himself to his feelings for Yo because he knew there was only one man for his best friend. But while Yo was holding a candle for P'Pha, Pha was secretly holding on to the past and the first man he'd ever been with. The revelation felt like a betrayal. But the cascade of events it inspired would alter the way Ming looked at all his relationships and what it really meant to stand by the man he loved...especially when there was more than one. -Excerpt- There were hands all over Ming. In his hair. On his back. Pulling off his shirt. Pressing the bulge that was distending the front of his shorts. On his belt and then the button of those shorts. Taking them off. Ming was directed to the bed and pushed down on it and left there as Wayo turned to his Pha and help him out of his shirt. Then the two of them turned to Kit and double teamed him with kisses and caresses that had him naked and breathless and weak in the knees in no time at all. Published 11-12 October 2019 This story is entirely inspired by Your First Man by NotJJY @jungjoonyoung5555 https://www.wattpad.com/story/167143242-your-first-man a Forth/Beam fan fiction from the adaptation of the book 2Moons. It follows the development of the Ming/Kit, Phana/Wayo relationship she alludes to in that story. I did everything I could to ensure that they run co-currently so it is best to read that story first.
