What happens when Rose Parkes is forced out of the arms of her loving mom just because she isn't straight. They send her to a conversion camp in the summer time. At least she isn't alone in this terrifying journey. She's only 11 and scared out of her mind. Since this will be where she's staying she has to make new friends and maybe plans to escape.
