There is an old idiom saying that people's life begins at fourties. However, what if your existence is only limited to the legal age and after that - you'll meet the end of your life?

Eighteen's Circulatory System Failure Disease o mas kilala sa tawag na "E-Disease". Isang hindi pangkaraniwang sakit at iilan lamang ang malas na tinatamaan, isa na roon si Ayannah. Sanhi ng kakaibang klase ng dugo kaya naman bata pa lang ay kontrolado na ang buhay niya sa pag-asang mapahaba pa ang oras niya sa mundo.

Samantala, makikilala niya ang lalaking masiyahin at palabirong broadcaster ng school nila, si Basti. Ang binatang maglalagay ng saya sa maliit at malungkot niyang mundo. Sa makulay nitong personalidad ay nagtatago ang anak na pinalaki sa matataas na ekpektasyon ng kaniyang politikong ama.

Two opposite people who have the same desire; to find the purpose of life in their dead worlds. But when their hearts also start to awaken, what will they do?

Should they survive for the sake of a fleeting love, or surrender their hearts to a life-and-death battle that would leave miserable lasting memories?
