The Adventures of a Gamer of Many Races

Some poor schmuck dies and gets sent to the Mass Effect universe with the power(s) of the Gamer. The Gamer is a random person sent to a fictional universe with ultimate power. They can still die though, but the chances of that happening are slim to none. Read on in this cesspool of garbage as the main character goes through the Mass Effect universe and fucks everything up, but not really.
I've decided to go the gamer route while also doing a Garry's Mod crossover, so hopefully it will workout like I hope it will.
