To Duel with a Devil

Conner is a mild-mannered, unemployed human who is addicted to gambling and knows a secret: Humans are not the only race that inhabit earth. Long since given up on wondering why he's aware of these fae creatures (and why they haven't killed him yet), Conner wants nothing more than to live as normal of a life as is possible for someone with his...talents. But all of that changes when the one thing he cares about most is taken from him and he finds himself caught up in an adventure he never wanted, working toward a goal he never set, and learning lessons of which he would rather remain ignorant.
