But then again, friends are nice to have, even if they can be a bit wacky. But, at least their family.

The Son of Death in Gotham(A Nico Di Angelo Fan Fic)
Thanatos is annoyed with Nico, who made Hades mad at a jarring family dinner. He decides that Nico should have someone just as angry with him. Out of spite he takes the life of a camper Will was desperately trying to save. Will thought that something felt familiar about the death, but brushed it off to PTSD, he goes to Nico for comfort, it's always difficult to lose a patient. Then he talks to Nico and realizes what that familiar feeling is. Will is mad at Nico, Nico needs to get out of camp. He shadow travels to anywhere away from all his problems, and ends up in probably the most dangerous city in the US, Gotham. Oops. Now with his powers depleted, he has to try and find a way to survive in this city that reeks of death. After a few violent encounter with the locals, he finally gets some money and rents an apartment, expecting to be there for a while. Will he survive in this city of crime? Who was the mysteriously masked figure that was supposed to be dead? What is he supposed to do now? Sorry guys, this is my first fan Fic. Please comment if you see any inconsistencies or grammar mistakes:) I haven't watched like any DC and I'm only writing this because I read an AMAZHANG Fan Fic about this same crossover called Demigods in Gotham by @maddywasnothere2003 who is an amazing writer, you should read their books. I'll try to update 1-2 times a week, but if I don't I'll try and tell you, if you like the story please follow me for updates. Into the Shattered Night
Nico finally gets out of that weird hotel, only for everything to be different. There are a lot more lights, and everyone is staring at this tiny screen, and the weird lawyer lady is watching him now. His dad visits sometimes, but not enough. His sister is growing distant, which makes sense, she had her own life. It still hurt sometimes though. Then things start to change. He meets the Waynes, for one. Gotham is a big scary place, when he's allowed out into it, but they're nice. And their dad is funny. A lot funnier than his dad.(Don't tell Hades he said that. Ms. Alecto keeps saying he'd smite Nico. Nico didn't believe it, but still.) So yeah. Gotham is fine. His life is... nice. Even when the lights flicker because Bianca is yelling at him, then Ms. Alecto gets mad at her for not controlling her emotions. Even when he's allowed to go outside and he sees ghosts. He doesn't tell Ms. Alecto about that, he doesn't want her to get mad at him. Everything is fine. Then these weird people started coming around their house, and Ms. Alecto started telling them to stay out of the house. Where were they supposed to go? Bianca says the library. But Nico kinda wants to visit their neighbors next door. They seem nice. Not weird at all. Don't Fade Away: A Solangelo Fanfiction 2
Nico di Angelo is finally happy. He's learning to accept himself for his sexuality and as a son of Hades. After everything horrible that has happened to him, he's slowly getting better with the help of Will and his friends. Will Solace finally got the boy of his dreams. The boy he had a crush on since he was 11 years old. He's starting to realize that he isn't as useless as he thinks he is, and that he's actually worth something. Everything is going great for a while. But just like it always is for demigods, nothing good ever lasts. The death of Nico's first and closest friend Jason Grace puts a sudden end to the sunshine that currently brightens Nico's life for once. His death triggers a lot of things for him, and shines light on a lot of his unresolved trauma. Will Nico be able to make it through this without his mental stability completely breaking once and for all? Will Nico be able to let people in enough to help him get through it? And what about the mysterious dreams that Nico keeps having of his mom? And who really is this little girl that knows nothing about her past? In this sequel to Out of the Shadows, Nico sees familiar faces and revisits past places, but at least this time he has Will along for the ride. Sunburst spends his days chasing after the Ghost King, cursing the Ghost King for making him skip school to go defend the city, and bickering with the Ghost King. Will Solace is sure that he's going to be the one to finally get the bounty for the Ghost King. The Ghost King is a supervillain. So why won't he hurt anyone? The Ghost King is the city's only supervillain--so who is this new villain, and how can Nico and Will survive them? The Ghost King is a supervillain, which is why Will Solace is feeling a little bit ridiculous to be blushing when they touch.
