In the peaceful city of Los Angeles, a man appears with a mask on his face. He goes by the name of Daemon Phantom and begins to play a new game with the people of Los Angeles. The game is quite simple. If you happen to beat him in the game he proposes then you are allowed to live, if not, then you are to die the moment you lost. Though this isn't the only thing odd about this serial killer. He has even proposed to play a game with the city's police department. Having no option at all, Renee Avaris, a newly appointed police chief, is forced to take on his challenge in this game of cat and mouse. Once the game has started, a mysterious man by the name of Harrison decides to aid her on this odd game of murders and gambles.
