Ever since Halley's comet was mysteriously knocked out of orbit and into the heart of the U.S things have been different. Everyday, 1 child is born with an unimaginable power. These powers vary with each month; and any child to exhibit abilities is sent to the prestigious 'Kratos Academy' where they are trained to become part of the U.S military. 

However, a lot is unclear about the true nature of the powers, and the motives of the government. Nix and Emiradian are forced to navigate Kratos academy and all the secrets surrounding it.
