After meeting at a local fundraiser in Kona. HI, Leland and Ellie find themselves on new territory when it comes to emotions.

Leland; broadly confident, groomed by the eye of the camera, desired by his fans for his boyish charm and religiously conditioned physique. He'd played the field after his divorce with not even a vague plan for the road ahead except dedication to his career as a bounty hunter. Deep down, he missed the intimacy of a relationship, but Leland had no intention of revealing the scars on his heart for anyone...until that night...

Ellie's self esteem is at an all time low and cannot understand Leland's interest in her. Life has taught her that the things that she loves and values most will always disappear sooner or later, and she is the one who's left heartbroken, alone and in utter despair. A shy, and socially awkward outward appearance, beneath the surface, she ferociously barricaded her own heart under lock and key, pushing away anyone who dares venture near.

But she wasn't always this way; A fading memory of who Ellie used to be is at risk of disappearing altogether, and despite finally accepting Leland's love and loving him in return, the reappearance of an old flame and a dark secret could mean she faces life alone again.

(18+ EXPLICIT CONTENT) "Attract a lot of attention, huh beautiful?" His voice hit me like a wall, absurdly catching me off guard. It was deep, sensual, something any girl (or boy) could melt over. I was sort of speechless, yet trying my best to appear unafflicted. "Only the wrong ones." That was definitely drunken me talking, as I didn't usually have that much confidence. His lips twitched up into a smirk, expressing that he understood my comment. "Does that mean that I'm in that category?" My palms began to grow sweaty and my heart rate picked up, but otherwise my body remained relaxed, appearing completely fine. It similar to when you're on autopilot, completely withdrawn due to intoxication. "I suppose not," I crossed my arms, putting on this seductive persona just for him. This fueled his smirk, about to murmur another comment before I cut him off. "You'll have to show me, though." *** Amelia Hollis was a 23-year-old writer at one of the local publishing companies, assisting a very handsome man and writing articles left and right. Her and her best friend, Aviary, lived together in a cute little apartment off the central part of the city, yearning to create new memories and important moments. Amelia always lived for the moments, taking in every little detail and savoring it like it was her favorite meal. She was an optimist, hoping to change peoples lives with her dreams. James Vallette was a 34-year-old CEO, building his company from dirt with the help of his brother. He was a realist, not really having time to deal with dreams or even love. He knew this the night he laid eyes on Amelia. It was only casual; what harm could a one-night stand do? Oh yeah, he's her dad's boss.

LANDON LUNA: College is finally over, and I get to go on a road trip for one month before I enter the real world. Yet, I never expected to see Everest signed up, and more than that, he requested me to be his partner for the trip. I've known Everest since we were thirteen, but he doesn't remember it. That's okay. I suspect the night we met wasn't a good one for him, and maybe it's best he doesn't remember. But now we are scouring across the east side of the U.S., and I'm starting to wonder if everything I did for Everest was in the name of something else. Something more meaningful. Something I should have understood sooner. Damn my brain. It takes me far too long to understand the proper context and even longer to grasp the meaning of my feelings. I might be in love with him. Oh, and I was diagnosed with autism a year ago, and I never told anyone. So, there is that. EVEREST PIERCE: I love him. I love Landon Luna without conditions. Without expectations. Without the need for more. And I love him with my entire heart. I wasn't the nicest person in high school. Not to anyone except the ball of bubbly sunshine. The one who waved at me every single day. But I was a goner the moment he said hello to me in my Junior year of high school when he was partnered with me on a project. Now, I need to figure out how to keep my feelings on lockdown through this trip. Because I find myself wanting. I want him, and I don't know that I am worthy enough to have him.

"Its been one year and eight months since, and now all of a sudden you bring her up, why now? Out of all days?" I ask Jake sincerely. "I can see the act your putting up in front of everyone. The recklessness and all. You can get away with all of that with everyone else, but you can't fool me Bil," Jake tells me concerningly. "Why does it matter? I moved on, I have Drew. I'm not stuck on her anymore. Clearly - I've proven that by now," I say to Jake. "Do you mean that sincerely?" Jake asks me. I huff before looking back at Jake. "Yes. I do," I say to him truthfully. "Alright well. Finneas decided that it was best that I'd break the news to you," Jake says before sitting up in his seat. I look at him with my eyebrows furrowed, and suddenly a deep trench of anxiety forms in the pit of my stomach. "What is it?" I ask him. He hesitates before speaking. "Lilith is coming back to LA to work on the stage crew," Jake says. My eyes slightly widen. Fuck. ~~~ A year has gone by and now Lilith is back. Although a reunion is coming up, a year can change a person drastically, and as they say, change is inevitable. Will Lilith be able to reconnect with Billie? Or is it seemingly hopeless? Will Lilith finally remember Billie? Or did change form Lilith into a completely different person? ~~~ (This is the Second Book to the first book called 'Sweet Belladonna'. I highly recommend you go back to read the first one before continuing on reading this one, or else you'll be majorly confused.) ~~~ AU (Alternate Universe); Though some characters are real, this is fiction. Keep that in mind. Will contain explicit language, depression, anxiety episodes, violence, smoking, drinking, trauma, drugs, and real-life events that occur. +18 Votes and Comments help me a ton, so please feel free to do so.

"Dance with me." While I knew it wasn't a demand, it wasn't a question either. I hesitated and he noticed. "Come on Grace, give this gentleman the honor of a dance." "I don't see a gentleman anywhere." He chuckled, stepping closer and tucking his thumbs into his tight jean pockets. He looked like every woman's dream--dark jeans that hugged him sinfully, golden-tanned skin contrasted by his white-fitted shirt, a black, wide-brimmed cowboy hat, and a smile that could send any woman on her knees. Not to mention a voice that coated your skin like silk sheets. I hated how much I noticed. "You're right, but I would like the honor anyway... ma'am." ********************* Meet Grace--living the city life, reserved, eager to please, loyal to a fault. Feeling empty for reasons she's not yet sure of, she's adamant on chasing anything that makes her feel free. Meet Colt--living the country life, private, stubborn, outspoken. Feeling empty for reasons he's well aware of, he hides in his daily routine. Grace can't seem to figure out why she holds nothing back when it comes to Colt. He's absolutely infuriating. Colt can't seem to understand the affect Grace has on him, and why he cares what she does. She's entirely maddening. When the two get lost in the wilderness, it's up to Colt to get them back. Can they put their differences aside long enough to survive? Is it Colt who will save Grace, or is it she who will be his saving grace? The First Wish ~ Blake Ryder by itstoxikcity
18 parts Ongoing Mature
[The first book of the Wattpad Wish Series] Emily Clarke had always believed in the power of imagination. Growing up in her family's grand mansion, she found spend most of her time thinking of characters she created, and writing stories. Yet, among all her creations, none captivated her more than Blake Ryder. Blake was everything Emily desired. He was tall, dark, and irresistibly handsome, with a mysterious past and a heart of gold. As the CEO of a successful tech company, he exuded confidence and charm. In the quiet of her room, Emily poured her heart into every word, crafting Blake Ryder to perfection. One evening, Emily sat with her best friend, Sarah, as she voiced a wish that had lingered in the depths of her heart for years. "I wish Blake Ryder were real," she whispered. "Just for a year or two, just to hold him once in my life." There was an immediate thunder, as if nature itself had heard her plea. Emily counted the seconds between thunderclaps, a childhood ritual to calm her nerves. When the storm subsided at precisely 730 seconds, she dismissed the strange occurrence as mere coincidence. But the next day, as Emily, Sarah, and her mother drove through their estate, they stumbled upon something extraordinar. There was a grand mansion that had never been there before. Emily's mother spoke of it as if it had always existed, mentioning that a man named Blake Ryder now resided there. Emily's heart raced with a mix of disbelief and excitement. Had her whimsical wish somehow come true? Was it possible that the character she had created, the man she had dreamed of, now walked among the living? Emily couldn't help but feel that her life was about to change in ways she could never have imagined. The boundaries between fiction and reality were about to blur, and in the midst of it all, a love story awaited, one that transcended the pages of her imagination and came to life in the most unexpected of ways.
