April June is 16 and a foster child. She never was able to catch a hold of her anger or her temper, until by her foster mother she is placed in therapy for a few months. Slowly, she learns the reason for her anger, and mortified under repression that she recalls being molested and raped as a small child, becomes manodepressiv , she is placed in a teen help group for Sexual abuse and Rape survivors. There she meets Keaton, abused by his father, and raised by a mother who recently committed suicide, he convinces her to find the person who took her innocence, and her Flower, so she may move on in her life.
