Neko sugar cubes were one of Japan's potion that can turn another human into a cat-half-person like her. But one afternoon, she left that potion on the Korean's house, and North Korea accidently ate it. He turned into a neko. His twin brother, South Korea, along with Japan, and a help from China will figure out how to turn North back to normal.
If you're reading this, you should know that this story doesn't mean to offend any country that being spoken. Only for entertainment. Thank you.

But soon he finds himself wanting to spend more time with him... Can North and South Korea repair their relationship with each other?
