Stuki is a fifteen year old girl with a rare blood disorder. She inherited this condition from her mother who passed away when she was a young child. Her father stayed with her through most of her childhood. He taught her how to take care of her condition and told never to speak about it to anyone, for it would cause problems. And she didn't. As she hosts these exchange students who seem to know everything about her, she starts to figure out who she really is as she learns about her parents mysterious past.
