masquerade is a tale about a world where everyone is born with superpowers (pretty generic premise i know) the main characters tom and gen have just been enrolled into the volunteer hero registry, meaning they are on their way to become heroes.

Aren't you ever tired of the same old super hero story? The hero is cool looking with bulging muscles, and always wins. Like, always. Even if the situation is dire and it all seems lost.
