Nora has lived her life with everything provided for her. She doesnt know the struggles of the people outside the confines of her castle. When Nora takes in Zoe as a lady-in-waiting after meeting her on the streets. She is quick to put her trust in Zoe, even though she is just a stranger.

Zoe has lived her life fighting for every day. As an orphan at a young age, she learned how to live on the street. Zoe was brought up by Jax, a boy only two years older than her. He taught her how to steal, fight, and deceive. When times on the streets become even rougher, Zoe is sent off by her friends to kill the people in charge. This happens to be the princess Nora.
