What if Callie was the one who cheated on Arizona?

The plane crash happened, but not the way it really happened in Grey's. Derek did break his hand badly, and Arizona did lose her leg. Mark and Lexie do NOT die. They are some of my favorite character's so I would never cut them if I didn't have to. In my story, Sofia does not exist because I simply cannot write about a custody battle if that happens in my story. Watching it on Grey's was enough for me to never want me to relive it.
Some characters are going to come earlier than they are in actual Grey's, mostly because I love them so much that I simply cannot forget them. Some plots or details do not exactly correspond with the seasons as again, it is fiction, so anything is on the table.
You may find some familiar questions from various characters being used for other characters, but they are so iconic and interchangeable. I hope you enjoy, this is my first fanfic , I have read a bunch and wanted to put in my two cents on what could have happened!
