Set in New York City, "The Summer Of" is a celebration of the family bond, bittersweet friendship, young love, and self-growth. Constantly pulled in different directions, eighteen-year-old Jade is uncertain of her future and who she's supposed to become. She has learned to carefully craft the image she shows to the world and works hard to please those around her. But she's ready to leave this life behind and start a new chapter as she prepares to move away for University.
