Audrey Lux had a good life. She was an A plus student. She had a good family, great friends, a loving boyfriend. But, is any of that real? She knew it was... Until the day she fell from her old treehouse. When she woke up, she was nowhere. Was Audrey dead? Or just waking up for the first time. Everything she's ever know is now nothing but a dream. It was Edith's third life. First she was a poor hardworking girl lost under the pressure of work in the modern world of airplanes and computers but then she died.... The book was worn out as she had reread it several times and now she is bound to the plot as a character who had to avoid the fate of ending up the villainess's accomplice and save her life. Was this to avoid death or her lover? She couldn't really say but the only thing was some characters were now different from the initial novel plot especially Derek whom she loved.
