She doesn't know how they got here, but she knows this place.
"Doc?" She hears Graham ask, but it's distant now. Her skin is on fire, she's burning up, her flesh is charred and she can feel it's hands on her, it's breath in her face, and the buzz of flies-
"Right." She turns around, a painfully fake smile plastered on her face. "Let's get a shift on. I know this place too well."
She does. She knows how the walls move, how the rules work here. And she sees the portrait of Clara-she can remember now, the regeneration knocked a few things back into place-hanging on the wall, cracked and old.

The TARDIS team end up in a place the Doctor has wanted to forget. Is it a replica? Or is there something more at work here? The Doctor must fight her growing terror over the situation, as the past is thrown into her face.

What if the Doctor woke up on Earth? Lost her memories and Believes she is an ex Nurse who is now a 'Doctor', she lives in Scotland. She believes her name is 'Dr Jane Smith'. River finds her Wife in the hospital she ends up being in For reasons, noticing the Doctor she thinks she is there for her. But soon realised her 'Memory of being Dr Smith' is what the Doctor believes. Will River find out how the Doctor lost her memories? Can she help her wife? Can she find the Tardis? And how will she react when she realises the Doctor really thinks she's this whole other person. With no other memories but 'Dr Smiths.' This Fics idea came from 'Trust me' a show Jodie is in, the idea formed from SaBeedraws watching 'Trust me'. I've just wrote it within more ideas from myself and her from out discussions about this fic. The first Non, Chapter before chapter one will be information and links to her Socials. She creates such wonderful art, and not just Doc/Riv art there is much more. And it's rather is spectacular it's really incredible. So I do say go check her art out. And thank her for this idea.
