Its the year 2136. Arcadia is a country known for its utopia. Everything is government made and approved. Even the children. Nothing could go wrong. Until the government discovers a breed of hybrids that wasn't made with their approval. They're called the Others. They have unwordly powers, and can see things that regular people can't. They test everyone, and keep them enclosed in closely monitored camps to weed out the Others. Lilly Mae Benson is one of many who go through these camps. While there, she meets an Other named Michael Lawson. He teaches her all the things that the Others can do. Lilly slowly starts to understand the power behind the Others.
