Giovanni is a young infamous drug dealer in Washington. He doesn't care about mostly anything, and he doesn't love any female until he meets Monica.

Monica comes from a good household in the suburbs. She was raised by a housewife and a business man as a father, who only exposed her to the finest. She never thought in all of her 19 years of living to run into a man like Giovanni. She tries to fight her feelings that she develops for him but it becomes too hard to fight.

Although Monica is stuck up and Giovanni is arrogant and illmannered they still seem to fall in love.
