Tomi was a Nigerian living in New York. That is until her mother finally had enough of her problems and decided to send her to Lagos, Nigeria in order to fix her attitude. She has to tackle the new environment, heat, culture, bullying and boarding school while trying to prove to her mother that she has changed during the summer so that she can go back for her SS2 in high school. Its going to be a long summer for Tomi.
