as the title suggests, this is an alternate ending to the movie The Rise of Skywalker. i absolutely hated the way JJ ended this movie, so i thought i'd write it the way that i wanted it to end. loosely inspired by some other fanfictions i've read on this topic. also, criticism is definitely open, i'm new to this and can use all the feedback i can get. enjoy, and may the Force be with you :)All Rights Reserved

There are many items and powers that exist in TROS that I personally do not feel make sense, so they will be omitted (The dagger, lightspeed skipping, Anakin's saber, to name a few). Based on Star Wars ep. VII: The Force Awakens. "You... you're afraid." I say looking back at him defyingly. "That you'll never be as strong as Darth Vader." I say his hand moving away from me instantly and he takes a step back finally my body gets released from his hold. How was I able to do all of that? ------ This book is part 1 of my rewrite series. I figured that if If I wanted to rewrite TLJ and TROS the only correct way would be by also doing TFA so here is that. Also, this book is going to be very similar to the movie to a point where it is almost identical but since it's written with different points of views we get to know more about the characters and where they come from. It is very canon compliant especially when talking about the different character backstories. That being said, this doesn't mean that the next two books are going to be the exact same as the movies I want to take the other books in a completely different way. They might still have similarities to the movies but not that many. ------ **I do not own any of the characters in the Star Wars Saga all credits to that go to Lucas Films.**

I went to the cinema during the Christmas holidays, to see 'The Last Jedi', and I just fell in love with the bond between Rey and Kylo Ren. So I've started writing about it, and I thought "I'm gonna share it on wattpad!" So here I am, writing a fanfiction. The story starts when Rey is still trained by Luke Skywalker. The first four chapters are kind of like a 'prologue', to tell you the situation, and make you familiar with the characters. Kylo feels his father's hand upon his face the watched as his father falls into the abyss. "Your journey nears its end." A sinister voice now whispers, and a flash of blue light reveals a fleet of Imperial Star Destroyers filling the vastness of space as blue fire leaps between them. A powerful red laser of an unseen weapon obliterates the surface of a planet. Shrieks, whispers and screams and then the sound of a lightsaber igniting. A fiery red saber but behind that saber is Rey, her hand twitches and the saber becomes a double-pronged staff. A maniacal evil laugh cackles. Kylo woke with a start and sat upright on his bed. Written after the first trailer dropped and finished before the film was released. Contains references to previous films, novelisations and comics.
