Even though things are happier than they were before, there's always going to be a breakdown. 

After escaping their imprisonment, Alfred and Feliciano begin to realize a lot of things happened while they were gone. Alfred is slowly getting worse however, and begins to slowly lose himself in his delusions. Feliciano hears someone calling his name, even though that someone should be dead.
