Atlantis is just a whelp. Really nothing more, at least not to him. He has no real mom or dad, at least that he's met snout to snout, no fancy powers, like water breathing or deadly ice breath, and, worst of all, at least to him, he has no tail. His best friend calls him nubbs, which he's fine with.
Nightlyte and Sunlily insist that he's bound of greatness, but Atlantis thinks that the world's okay already! There hasn't been war for a while, hybrids are okay, and dragons are getting along.
But, when a mysterious dragon named Rainstorm returns home, and Atlantis meets his younger sister, things get complicated at fast. This time, there's no prophecy, but it turns out that a storm is brewing. But this one was beyond the stars.
