The order of the black vulture

A view of a third world country's near future. How the country's tension between its citizens and government never cool off, segregation, mass manipulation, internal wars and new technologies had put the country's in the edge of collapsing as elitist, oligarchy and corrupts politics clinged to the remains of power they have. The story follows three characters. Their stories intertwined with the main players of the story. A new and fresh view of the ailments that inflict the people in the southern part of the Americas.
