Kaiden Alenko is a 'By the Books Soldier'. He's the Alliance poster child and a BAaT survivor. But after a night of heavy drinking on shore leave at the citadel his life starts to become more complicated than he could have anticipated. Basically this is a slow burn story, about Kaiden Alenko set in Mass Effect 1 and his decent into falling for his annoying, thick headed, loud and obnoxious Commander. The story diverges from canon in some places but there are still all your favorite characters, spiced up by my own character background divergence and liberties. (Nothing too crazy I promise) Shepard is a dick and Kaiden is losing patience
