Mark Paragas is fresh out of nursing school, an idealistic, mabait, at medyo kabado. Akala niya, pagpasok niya sa ospital, puro vital signs at charting lang ang kailangang aralin. Mali siya. Dito sa Specialist Care Medical & Trauma Center, natutunan niyang hindi lang mga sugat ng katawan ang ginagamot ng isang nurse kundi pati mga sugat ng loob. Sa bawat pasyenteng dumaraan, sa bawat tunog ng code blue, sa bawat tulo ng kape sa night shift, Mark slowly learns what it really means to be a nurse.
