This is one of those soulmark AUs, y'k n ow wh ere lik e a print appears where your soulmate first touches you, o n l y different, you can have already met your soulmate, doesn't matter, in this version, at a certain age/time someone's soulmark appears, and that's where their soulmate will first touch them next time they see them after the mark appeared, doesn't matter If they already knew each other or not : ), and Eddie finds out in an unexpected way who his soulmate is

His mark keeps scarring over but being the same in the morning. It's not like he doesn't try to find the cause of this, but he's just given up.
